No. Not at all. The best thing to do is get your date booked and you can add whatever you would like at another date.
3. How do I know who my DJ will be?
Your DJ is assigned to you based on your profiles and music requests. Your dedicated event planner will work with you through the entire planning process and assign a talent that best suits your needs.
4. What happens if you don't have a song we need or we need a specific version?
Our database has over 20.000 songs in it but as all events are unique, you are more than welcome to supply a song. If you have the file, simply email it to us. Not sure of the version, send us the youtube link or apply the link in your planning area under "add your own".
5. Can I come and see you at an event?
Unfortunetly we can't offer that. It is not our event to invite you to. We do offer in person appointments and open houses so you can see and hear our sound and lighting. We have added some music mixes to the website also under the music tab.
6. What about insurance, licencing or backup equipment?
We are fully insured for liability. Our music is licenced in Canada. We have a back up service that is on every time we have events. In the event of a a music failure, the djs have backup tablets with emergency mixes on them to play until support arrives. In the event of a power failure, many venues do have power backup and some of our units do have battery packs that will get them by for about an hour. In the event of a full failure, we do have a generator at our office for use by our djs for our clients. We also have battery powered speakers (which we have had to use on occasion).
7. Are the Fantastical Flares safe to use indoors?
Yes they are...and they are the coolest! We can run our hands through them. They are non fire fireworks. Similiar to a sparkler without the flame. No smoke, no odour. It is very new technology. See the video in fantastical flare.
8. What are your deposit requirements?
Our deposits are normally 300.00 regardless of the amount of add-ons you add. For larger productions we may ask for a larger deposit based on the event. This would be a %. Stag and Does we do not require deposits. Business socials we normally invoice in advance and do not always require a deposit. All deposits are non-refundable but are transferable. They do not expire and can be used for any event we do.
